They selected OpenERP over at least MS Axapta, SAP Business One, Movex, Sage X3 and even Openbravo. Now they can sucessfully track their products from their suppliers up to their customer fleets, they can analysis their maintenance costs, organize their BOM, notify their partners right when they process their request and even fill their European Intrastat customs declarations.
